About

Do you end most days feeling exhausted and overstimulated
Do you feel guilty for taking even a few minutes for yourself
Do you keep going and going, yet still feel like there are not enough hours in a day

Hi, I am Line.
And for a long time, this was my life too.

I set impossibly high standards for myself.
I tried to be the perfect mother, the perfect partner, the perfect employee.
No matter how much I did, it never felt like enough.
I put myself last every single time, and slowly I started to lose pieces of who I was.

Eventually it led to burnout.

It was a painful wake up call, but it also opened my eyes.
I needed to slow down. I needed time that was mine. I needed a way to calm my mind that felt realistic in the middle of real life.

The one thing that truly helped me was simple creativity.
Drawing, painting, lettering, small creative moments.
They gave my nervous system something steady to focus on.
They quieted the noise in my mind.
They helped me feel grounded again when everything felt too loud.

Most people know that sleep, walking, eating well, and meditation support stress relief.
What many moms do not know is that creativity is also a powerful tool for calming the mind and easing nervous system overload.
You do not need talent.
You do not need silence.
You do not need a long routine.

You only need a few minutes and a gentle place to start.

This is why I created The Creative Cooldown.
I want to show you how simple creative self-care can help you feel calmer, more present, and more like yourself again.
A small moment of creative me time can help you breathe, reset, and find relief from the constant worrying thoughts that follow you through the day.

Here you will find the practices that helped me and the tools I now teach other overwhelmed moms

  • gentle creative exercises
  • realistic self-care
  • simple nervous system support
  • and a calm space to come back to yourself

You are doing more than enough.
Now it is time to take care of you.
