Instructions for this soothing circle drawing exercise:

Step 1 – Start drawing circles

Find a quiet, comfortable spot where you can sit and relax for a few minutes. Gather your supplies and take a few deep breaths to center yourself.

Begin by drawing a circle on your paper. But here’s the twist: go over the circle multiple times with your pen, creating a loose, multi-lined circle. It doesn’t have to be perfect—in fact, the beauty is in the imperfection.

Draw another circle next to the first one, again going over it several times. Continue this process until you have a row of circles.

Step 2 – Fill your page

Start a new row beneath the first one, repeating the process of drawing circles until your entire page is filled with these layered, imperfect circles.

Step 3 – Add color and patterns

Now, take a moment to look at your page. Pick a few circles randomly and fill them with color, patterns, or little dots on the lines. Use whatever colors and designs speak to you. This part is all about personal expression and adding a playful element to your creation.
